Resumen
Foods based on cereals and other components made for this purpose are susceptible to contamination with mycotoxins, toxic secondary metabolites produced by certain fungal. The present study aims to determine the ocurrece of aflatoxins, ochatoxins and fumonisin in processed cereal based food.
