This paper describes the rotor currents estimation through reduced order estimator known as Kalman filter to apply a speed-sensorless control of dual three-phase induction machines by applying a current inner loop based on the model predictive control. Simulation results are shown to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed speed-sensorless control technique, thus concluding that the system can work properly without the speed sensor.
